Photoshoot Terms & Conditions

Upon booking, you agree that:-

1) Your deposit in non-refundable, but is transferrable to another date.
2) The remainder of the payment must be made on the day of the photoshoot, either by cash or bank transfer.
3) If the above is not paid on the day, then digital downloads and physical prints will witheld until the balance is correct.
4) That HKW Photography retains the copright to the original images;
5) Your photographs cannot be used in sale/loan ads or competitions without prior permission (please just ask so I can check individual rules.)
6) The images can be used across social media to advertise future availability for similar shoots.
7) You cannot edit and post your images without permission - I have my own editing style, and I wouldn't like my work mis-represented. I can do extra editing this at no extra cost.
8) If I am at any point unhappy with any part of the photoshoot process, including the images, that I will contact HKW Photography first and foremost to resolve any queries.
9) If I do not adhere to the above terms, that my images will be removed from future downloads and I may be barred from other services.
